Illmind Session at Rezort Miami, FL

Illmind studio session

Artist will pay the fee of $5000 USD (in full at least 24 hours prior to the date of session) to receive the following: A one day studio session with Illmind at Rezort Miami from 10AM to 5PM. Fee includes a vocal tracking engineer (8 hours) + ONE exclusive Illmind beat (either pre-made or from scratch). Artist will receive audio stems for beat + vocals prior to the end of the session.

RULES:

1. Maximum 1 guest + 1 videographer/photographer allowed

2. Parking available in private front lot of house

3. Be courteous to other people in the studio house (rooms are active at all times)

4. This is a private operation so please be discrete

5. Feel free to enjoy the pool + backyard amenities!
